Delete your ProxiPoint account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open ProxiPoint and go to Profile, then Settings.
2. Under Privacy, tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

By email

If you can’t use the app, email privacy@proxipoint.app from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm it’s you before deleting anything.

What happens

• Your profile, Points, posts, comments, RSVPs and settings are deleted or de-identified within 30 days.
• We keep only what we must for legal, safety or fraud reasons. Backups expire on their own.
• Deleting can’t be undone. If you only want a break, you can disable your account in Settings instead.
